Top tips for shopping with OML
- When you have chosen your item, click on the 'add to basket' icon. This will add the item to your shopping basket.
- If you would like to continue shopping, click the 'continue shopping' icon and you will return to the previous page. You can then browse our other items.
- If you would like to purchase more than one of the same item, alter the quantity shown (default is always '1') to the amount required.
- You can check the contents of your basket at any stage - just click on the 'my basket' icon in the top right corner of the page.
- If you want to remove any item from the basket before purchasing, click on the 'remove' icon next to the left of the item.
- Once you are happy with the contents of your basket, proceed by clicking the 'order now' icon. This will take you to the order confirmation page.
All prices are exclusive of VAT.
Our payment process
Once you are happy with your contents, you can proceed to payment by clicking the ‘checkout’ icon.
Please note: we are unable to take payment for items online. You will need to phone our customer services to process the payment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Follow these steps to complete payment:
- Check you’re the email address is correct under ‘customer information’. This is where information about your order will be sent.
- Fill in your delivery address. Remember to include your full name, address, postcode, contact number and e-mail address.
- Fill in your billing address.
- Choose your delivery option.
- If you have a discount code, enter it in the box below delivery options.
- Click ‘review order’ icon.
- Check all the information is correct and then phone customer services on +44 (0)1722 439 540 to complete payment.
We accept the following major credit and debit cards:
- Visa debit;
- Switch/Maestro; and
You will be charged for your items when you have processed payment over the phone.
In the event of any unexpected delay we will contact you.
We will refund any payment, if you require us to do so at this stage, if the delay is longer than quoted.

Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel an order up to the point it is dispatched.
Once it has been dispatched you will have to return your order to us and you will be liable for the return postage.
